Meet Graham - Owner of Milestone Managed Print Services

Graham established Milestone Managed Print Services in February 2022 after 17 years providing print solutions to various business sectors including finance and legal services, commercial and charitable organisations.

In an industry where technology is shaping how organisations work and client requirements are ever-changing, one thing that has never changed is the importance of good service.

Graham’s ethos and the driving factor behind his reason to start Milestone Managed Print Services is his passion for providing good service. He still takes a personal interest in the day-to-day delivery of a reliable, quality orientated service to each client.

Prior to working in print services Graham worked in the food distribution industry for 18 years managing daily sales and delivery of perishable foods. It was here he learned and instilled an attitude that good service is vital to customer satisfaction, a belief he still carries today.

Now living in Bournemouth, he drives to Hertfordshire several times a week to manage the business, meet clients and oversee support with our service team who have been providing first-class service for over 9 years and have a documented successful track record.

When he is not working Graham has a keen interest in cycling and recently took part in the Ride London/Essex Event for charity.

Graham also does weekly voluntary service work for a UK Charity supporting mental health and personal improvement. When he is not involved in these activities you'll find him relaxing with Hazel and walking Murphy the Labradoodle on the beach.
